    Terra Campbell

    — Chief Executive Officer

    Terra guides overall strategy, vision and growth of the organization. Successful growth only occurs with the best people, therefore Terra spends a great deal of time on just that – building and maintaining the culture of the portfolio and ensuring only A players are on the team.

    Terra and her husband live in suburban Maryland with their three young daughters and spends a great deal of her spare time on childhood cancer awareness and philanthropic efforts. Terra has been in the staffing industry for over 17 years and received her Bachelors Degree in both Marketing and Accounting from Shepherd University in West Virginia.

    Conor Smith

    — President / Chief Operating Officer

    Conor oversees the overall strategy, business development and operations of the BLR portfolio operating companies. In partnership with the CEO, Conor ensures successful implementation of the overall business strategy and provides leadership that mirrors BLR’s mission and core values.

    Conor has over 20 years of business development, operations and staffing experience and was a 2014 Smart CEO Future 50 award winner. Conor is a proud husband, father of two energetic young boys, an avid sports fan and exercise enthusiast, and actively involved in diabetes awareness and advocacy. Conor holds a BA from King’s College and an MBA from Penn State University.

    Jackie Schaffer

    — Cella Vice President & General Manager

    Jackie provides in-house creative leaders with management advice and operations support to create more effective and efficient teams. In addition, she organizes professional development programs and networking events for creative leaders.

    Jackie and her husband Joe have two young sons and spend most of their free time trying to keep up with them. Jackie is a University of Maryland graduate who began her career as a graphic designer before becoming an in-house creative leader and eventually joining Cella.

    Brendon Derr

    — VP of Enterprise Solutions

    Brendon helps clients to optimize their investments in marketing, creative and proposal resources through a complementary suite of staffing, management consulting and outsourcing solutions.

    In his free time, Brendon loves spending time with his wife and three young children. He is a college football fanatic, dabbles in building homemade wooden furniture, and is active with his local church community. Brendon has a Bachelors degree from Penn State University.

BLR Holdings seeks to support and empower our team members to further their community commitments in a meaningful way. We have built an infrastructure that encourages staff to maximize their impact. We offer an industry-leading volunteer leave policy (24 hours of paid leave per year) as well as dedicated service leaders that help staff identify service opportunities that align with their passions and that provide a path to professional growth.
In 2013, we realized over 340 hours of community service and volunteerism in support of 20 unique charities. We are striving for more than 400 hours in 2014.
